Since early August, @amplify.rj and @decentertheteacher have been collaborating on a series of posts to help people identify how salient white supremacy culture is in their classrooms, schools, and homes.
We have found the series to be really useful and powerful because of the clear examples that they provide to help us see how the culture that surrounds us is influenced by the characteristics of white supremacy. Each post starts with a definition of the characteristic, and then gives examples of how that trait might show up in our classrooms, in our schools, and at home.
